Thank you for visiting SophieAliceHirsch Online Shop. The following terms and conditions govern the use of the site, and may be modified at any time.
ORDER TURNAROUND AND DELIVERY
Our jewellery is made fresh to order, so a delivery time of 2-6 weeks should be taken into account. Time for delivery from ordering will vary depending on the time of the year and the item ordered – contact firstname.lastname@example.org to enquire about specific orders and turnarounds.
Orders are delivered by Royal Mail Special Delivery, we will contact you before your order is dispatched so you can expect your piece. For national deliveries, postage costs are £6.95. Postage for international delivery will vary depending on the destination – contact email@example.com for delivery quotes.
MATERIAL USE AND PRODUCTION
Due to the hand-crafted quality of our jewellery, and the use of natural materials the appearance of products may vary from visual representation on this website. This can include slight variations in colour and finish etc.
If your order is a gift and you would like it to be sent directly to its recipient, contact firstname.lastname@example.org for a Gift Parcel – we can include a card and message with the jewellery, and send any receipts to you separately. Select gift-wrapping at checkout.
Gift vouchers can be ordered for any sum, and will provide the recipient with a unique code that can be used only once at the checkout on SophieAliceHirsch online shop. The sum of the vouchers will be discounted from the total price in the cart.
PAYMENT AND PRICING
SophieAliceHirsch Jewellery takes payments via Paypal. Paypal accepts payments with most credit and debit cards, but you can also pay with a PayPal account. UK customers who wish to pay with bank transfer should get in touch via email to make these arrangements. No action will be taken on the order until there is confirmed payment – this can take up to a week.
SophieAliceHirsch reserves the right to change or modify the prices of products on the website without prior notice.
ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF ORDER
Once we receive your order you will be sent notification via email. This will also contain information about an expected delivery timescale. If, for any reason, your order cannot be completed in the stated timescale, you will be notified by email.
If placed directly through the online shop, we cannot process your order until full payment is received.
We’re sorry if you are not satisfied with your purchase. Return your purchase within seven days of its receipt in its original, unworn and unused state with its complete packaging and documentation for a full refund. The customer is liable for postage costs, and so these will not be included in the refund. The goods are also the responsibility of the customer until they arrive back to us, so postage insuring the correct value of the goods is recommended.
We will refund any faulty items that are returned within seven days of receipt, after the piece has been inspected.
Due to hygiene reasons we cannot offer exchanges or refunds on earrings.
Bespoke and personalised orders cannot be returned as they are made especially for you.
EVENTS BEYOND OUR CONTROL
SophieAliceHirsch are not liable for any delays in service or expected orders due to events beyond our control caused by outsourced services.
All designs, trademarks, brand names, names of collections, models of items and all other intellectual property that appear on the website are the exclusive property of SophieAliceHirsch, and may not be reproduced or utilised. This includes any custom or bespoke pieces, or any materials produced in association with this service.
We are committed to protecting your personal information, and so will not share your personal details, unless required as part of our service to you.
